THE BREWERY LIST IS FINAL!!!
We are working with some great breweries this year (as usual)and creating some awesome brews for this year. Here's a little 'sumpin sumpin' to get your tastebuds salivating:
Walking Tree - Border Dispute
A Belgian Tripel.
Candy Man Belgian Tripel aged in Red Wine Barrels with Italian Plums added. Blended with Le Frog Imperial Saison aged with Boysenberries in Red Wine Barrels. 10%
Cigar City - Criminal Commission
A rum barrel-aged Imperial Stout with Bananas, Vanilla, and Cinnamon.
Cinnamon, dark chocolate and overripe banana aromas melt seamlessly with rum spice and oak notes on the nose. Flavors of baking spices and blackstrap molasses support plum and banana notes, while fudge and roasted coffee linger long on the palate. Light wood tannins, rum and cinnamon remain in the aftertaste with banana and other fruit notes reappearing with every exhale. 13.5%
Brooklyn Brewery - Capatz
A Sherry Barrel-aged Barleywine.
A dark, powerful barleywine-style ale, aged in Pedro Ximenez and Amontillado Sherry Barrels for a full year. Flavors of sherry with notes of rich coffee, dried fruits, and chocolate.
Sierra Nevada - Estate Ale
A unique Farmhouse Saison, spontaneously fermented in the Sierra Nevada peach orchard.
Sierra Nevada Brewery has called California's North Valley home since 1980. From our Estate fields comes this truly one-of-a-kind homegrown ale. Our organic hops and barley combine with yeast spontaneously fermented in our peach orchard in this unique farmhouse-style ale. Mildly sweet with a bit of tartness, it's ripe with the flavors of the valley.
Lagunitas - WTFarmhouse Ale 2017
We took the Wilco Tango Foxtrot, our malty, robust brown ale and threw it into some red wine oak barrels with a few different Brett yeast strains for 30 months, giving it a tart and funky bite with a smooth and malty backbone. WTF, indeed!
Pierced Ciderworks - Banana Hazelnut Cider
Try this food pairing on for size… Banana Bread ‘Grilled Cheese’ with Nutella & Ricotta. Uhhhh, yeah!
Dogfish Head - Suddenly Comfy
An Imperial Cream Ale.
Aromas of toasted pie crust, baked apples & spices, vanilla & brûléed sugar. Flavors of Baked apple pie, vanilla, slightly sweet, cinnamon & baking spices. 8%
New Belgium - Blender Project
A never released Guava Sour! We can’t tell you much about this because it’s brand-spankin’ new and still in the fermenters. But do you really NEED any more info?
Brew Hub - The Duke
An American Strong Ale, The Baklava Version!
Mash Monkeys - An Imperial Alt beer
Brewed specifically for this event, made with orange & caramel, and run soaked oak chips.
